Broad Street NHS Walk-in Centre offers a range of services, including health information, advice and treatment for a range of illnesses and minor injuries without having to make an appointment.
NHS Walk-in Centres aim to help people with busy lifestyles who need access to flexible and convenient health services. For further information about your local health authority, The Barking and Dagenham Primary Care Trust, please click here www.bdpct.nhs.uk
The Centre is a nurse-led service.
Walk-in Centres complement local GP and hospital services by providing a range of treatments for minor illnesses and injuries.
The Broad Street NHS Walk-in Centre is one of seven Walk-in Centres operated by the independent sector working on behalf of the NHS.
This Walk-in Centre is run by Care UK, a leading independent provider of health and social care services.

The Broad Street Medical Practice
Broad Street Medical Practice is conveniently located inside the same building as the Walk-in Centre and serves the Broad Street area of Dagenham.
Our team includes GPs, senior nurses, health care assistants as well as our Practice Manager and switchboard and reception staff.
We offer a full general practice service and run specialist clinics for children and pregnant women, diabetes and asthma sufferers and for patients needing minor surgery.
If you live in our practice area and would like to register with us, please complete one of our registration forms, which are available from our reception. You will be registering with the practice rather than an individual GP.
All members of the public can register, even if they are already registered with another GP.
If you are unregistered with a GP please call us on 020 8596 4400. |
